First, in a serving glass, place layers of sliced Panettone. Next, splash with prosecco or Asti Spumante. Then, add peaches, chocolate, and whipped cream. Finally, top with pretty sugar and almonds, if you like.

Panettone Panini

To begin with, scatter chopped dark chocolate on two buttered slices of Panettone and toast in a panini press. Alternatively, toast a slice of Panettone, then slather with your favorite nut butter and jam.

First, melt butter in a skillet. Then, sprinkle a round slice of Panettone with grappa and sugar and fry until golden. After that, flip and cook on the other side, adding more butter if dry. Finally, slice into quarters and serve warm.

To start, slice thick rounds of Panettone. Next, beat together ricotta, the zest of one orange, and powdered sugar. Then, spread the ricotta mixture on a slice of Panettone and top with berries. After that, add another slice of Panettone and spread with the remaining ricotta and fresh berries. Finally, dust with powdered sugar and more orange zest. You can make this quick dessert with whipped cream or whipped mascarpone, instead of ricotta, if you like.
